Scope of Services
We provide professional packing, moving, transportation, storage, and related logistics services within Hyderabad, across Telangana, and throughout India. The exact scope of your service will be detailed in your booking confirmation or service agreement.
Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are provided based on the information you share about items, locations, and service requirements.
- Any changes to the scope (e.g., additional goods, floor levels, access difficulties) may result in a revised price.
- Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment, as specified during the quotation process.
- Full payment must be completed as per the agreed schedule, before or upon completion of the service.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved digital wallets. We do not store sensitive payment card data.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about the goods to be moved, including fragile, valuable, or hazardous items.
- Ensure clear access at pickup and delivery locations.
- Arrange any necessary parking permits or building permissions before the moving day.
- Be present, or appoint an authorised representative, during loading and unloading.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport items prohibited by law, including but not limited to explosives, flammable materials, illegal drugs, and perishable food without prior arrangement.
Liability & Insurance
- Our liability is limited to the terms stated in your service agreement.
- We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance for your goods. Insurance claims, if applicable, are processed as per the insurance provider’s policy.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or regulatory checks.
Delays & Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may incur charges as per our cancellation policy.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of TCI Logistic Packers and Movers and may not be copied or reproduced without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
